LVN - Part-Time Flex ($40/hr)

San Francisco Post-Acute | 5767 Mission St, SF

We are looking for a reliable, positive LVN to join our team in a flexible, fast-paced skilled nursing environment.

The Role:
  • Pay: $40.00/hr
  • Schedule: Part-Time Flex. Must be open to all shifts (Days, PMs, or NOC) as needed by the facility.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications and maintain resident charts.
  • Lead daily rounds to ensure high-quality care.
  • Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharge planning.


Requirements:
