Role Summary

San Francisco Post-Acute is seeking dependable, team-oriented CNAs to provide high-quality care within our fast-paced environment.

Available Part-Time Shifts

• AM Shift Weekday/Weekends
• NOC (Overnight) Shift Weekday/Weekends

Primary Responsibilities

• Monitor patient conditions and provide status updates to the medical team.
• Respond promptly to call lights and assist with various patient needs.
• Support the admissions, transfers, and discharge processes.
• Facilitate meal service and manage tray distribution.

Qualifications
