Activity Assistant

Location: San Francisco Post Acute
Schedule: Part-Time | 8: 30 AM - 5: 00 PM (2-3 weekdays, including Saturdays)
Pay: $19.18 per hour

About the Role
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of seniors? As an Activity Assistant at San Francisco Post Acute, you will work closely with our Activity Director to bring joy, creativity, and engagement to our residents. You'll be the spark that helps our residents stay physically active, mentally sharp, and socially connected.

What You'll Do

• Lead & Inspire: Facilitate fun group activities, individual hobbies, and local outings that keep residents energized.
• Plan & Track: Help design our monthly activity calendar and maintain accurate records of resident participation.
• Personalized Care: Support residents by participating in care planning and providing the tools they need for self-initiated activities.

What You'll Need

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: One year of experience in long-term care is preferred, but a great attitude is a must!
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to connect with residents, their families, and our team.
• Physical Ability: Must be able to stand/walk frequently and lift up to 50 lbs
