The Opportunity: - Position: Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN

Your Impact & Responsibilities: - Clinical Excellence: Provide high-quality patient treatments as directed by the Physical Therapist, strictly following physician-approved care plans.
- Documentation Mastery: Maintain accurate daily treatment notes and weekly progress reports in full compliance with California PT Board requirements.
- Interdisciplinary Teamwork: Participate in Patient Care and Rehabilitation Conferences to coordinate holistic resident recovery.
- Patient Advocacy: Maintain open and effective communication with the healthcare team regarding patient progress, challenges, and goals.
- Education & Support: Assist in training Restorative Aides and provide vital caregiver training and maintenance program instruction to families for safe discharge.
- Facility Pride: Ensure the therapy department remains clean and organized, and that all equipment is in safe, professional working order.
Qualifications: - Licensure: Current, valid California Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) License.
- Clinical Skills: Strong clinical reasoning and a heart for geriatric and subacute care.
