Your Impact & Responsibilities: - Skilled Intervention: Under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist (OTR), deliver high-quality therapeutic services designed to improve resident independence and quality of life.
- Collaborative Care: Partner with the interdisciplinary team to execute personalized care plans that focus on meaningful resident outcomes.
- Functional Goal Achievement: Assist residents in regaining Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and functional mobility within a skilled nursing environment.
- Team Synergy: Contribute to a positive, patient-centered atmosphere where therapy and nursing work hand-in-hand.
- Professionalism: Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all state and facility clinical standards.
Qualifications: - Licensure: Must possess a current, valid California Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) License.
