Key Responsibilities
- Direct Resident Care: Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and dining.
- Clinical Monitoring: Observe resident vital signs and promptly report any changes to the nursing leadership.
- Safety & Environment: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for all residents.
- Mobility Support: Help residents with safe transfers and ambulation as required.

- Certification: Current and valid CNA certification in the state of California.
