Sacramento Post-Acute, a 94-bed skilled nursing and sub-acute center, is looking for dedicated full-time CNAs to become part of our high-performing care team.

Shift Availability

• AM: 6: 00 AM - 2: 00 PM (1 position open)
• PM: 2: 00 PM - 10: 00 PM
• NOC: 10: 00 PM - 6: 00 AM

Full-time positions available.
