What You'll Do: - Assist Occupational Therapists: Develop and implement treatment plans

- Educate Residents and Families: Teach adaptive techniques and proper equipment use
- Ensure Compliance: Adhere to state and federal regulations for skilled nursing therapy services
What We're Looking For: - Certification: Licensed COTA in California
- Experience: Prior work in skilled nursing or sub-acute care is a plus
- Team Player: Proactive, patient-focused, and collaborative
- Strong Communicator: Excellent documentation and interpersonal skills
