What You'll Do:
  • Assist Occupational Therapists: Develop and implement treatment plans
  • Provide Hands-On Therapy: Help residents improve mobility, strength, and daily living skills
  • Document Progress: Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the care team
  • Educate Residents and Families: Teach adaptive techniques and proper equipment use
  • Ensure Compliance: Adhere to state and federal regulations for skilled nursing therapy services

What We're Looking For:
  • Certification: Licensed COTA in California
  • Experience: Prior work in skilled nursing or sub-acute care is a plus
  • Team Player: Proactive, patient-focused, and collaborative
  • Strong Communicator: Excellent documentation and interpersonal skills
