Position: NOC Shift RN
Location: Walnut Creek, CA

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents during the night shift
• Monitor patient health, administer medications, and manage care plans
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure resident well-being
• Respond to emergencies and provide support to residents and staff

Qualifications:

• Active California RN license
• Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care facility is a plus
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills

Shift: NOC (Night Shift)
Schedule: Full Time
