The Opportunity: - Position: Occupational Therapist (OTR)

- Compensation: Starting Rate: $60.00 per hour (DOE)

Your Impact & Responsibilities: - Individualized Recovery: Create and implement comprehensive OT treatment plans designed to help residents reclaim independence in their Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
- Clinical Leadership: Provide expert supervision to Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) and collaborate with nursing to lead Restorative Aide training.
- Interdisciplinary Integration: Be a key voice in Patient Care Conferences and Utilization Review (UR) to ensure a seamless continuum of care.
- Documentation Excellence: Maintain precise evaluations, daily notes, and progress reports in strict accordance with the OT Board State Practice Act.
- Discharge Success: Lead family and caregiver training sessions to ensure a safe, functional transition home.
- Physician Partnership: Work directly with referring physicians to update protocols and obtain approvals as resident needs evolve.
