Roseville Care Center is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our amazing team for the AM Shift. If you're a skilled nurse with PCC (PointClickCare) experience who enjoys working in a positive and team-oriented environment, we'd love to meet you!

What You'll Do:

• Provide high-quality care and support to residents
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
• Accurately document in PCC to ensure smooth communication and care coordination
• Work collaboratively with nurses, CNAs, therapists, and other staff to provide the best outcomes for residents
• Bring compassion, patience, and positivity to every shift

What We're Looking For:

• Active California LVN license
• PCC experience required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Dedication to resident-centered care
