Are you a versatile, dependable Licensed Vocational Nurse who thrives on variety and flexibility? At Roseville Care Center, we're looking for a full-time LVN to float between PM and NOC shifts—bringing compassion, clinical expertise, and positive energy to wherever you're needed most!

This role is perfect for an LVN who's not afraid to mix things up and enjoys being a steady presence across multiple shifts. Familiarity with PointClickCare (PCC) is a must—we like our charts as clean as our med passes!

✨ What You'll Do:

• Provide top-notch nursing care to residents across PM and NOC shifts
• Float between units as needed to ensure seamless care and support
• Collaborate with a passionate team of nurses, CNAs, and department staff
• Document care accurately using PointClickCare (PCC)
• Monitor residents' conditions and communicate changes promptly
• Help maintain a warm, respectful, and safe environment for everyone

🩺 What We're Looking For:

• Valid LVN license in the state of California
• Experience with PCC required
• Flexibility to float between PM (2-10pm) and NOC (10pm-6am) shifts
• A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and reliable presence
• A team player who values quality care and great communication
