Are you a compassionate and skilled LVN ready to make a difference in a supportive and team-oriented environment? Roseville Care Center is looking for an On-Call Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our dedicated nursing team for our PM shift!

Here, you'll work alongside an incredible group of caregivers who value teamwork, respect, and excellence in resident care.
💊 What You'll Do

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and care plans.
• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and ensure all care meets the highest quality standards.
• Accurately administer medications and treatments, documenting per facility and state guidelines.
• Maintain thorough charting and documentation using PointClickCare (PCC).
• Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and your care team.
• Support compliance with infection control, safety, and resident rights policies.
• Contribute to ongoing care planning, discharge coordination, and quality assurance activities.

🩺 What We're Looking For

✅ Current LVN license in the State of California
✅ Proficiency in PCC (PointClickCare) required
✅ Excellent clinical, communication, and leadership skills
✅ A compassionate team player with strong attention to detail
✅ Previous skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
