Are you a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) looking to make a real difference on the night shift? Roseville Care Center is seeking a skilled and proactive LVN for our NOC shift who thrives in a supportive, team-focused environment. 💡 What You'll Be Doing:

As our NOC LVN, you'll play a key role in overnight resident care and support. You'll:

• Provide and document compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician's orders.
• Supervise CNAs and help coach/support them in their nightly duties.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure all charting and documentation is completed per policy.
• Communicate any change in condition to physicians and families as needed.
• Prepare shift reports, help with admissions/discharges, and promote a calm, safe environment for residents.
• Support a wide range of administrative, charting, and care planning functions to keep the night running smoothly.
• Uphold infection control, safety protocols, and facility policies to the highest standard.

✅ Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ years of LVN experience (NOC experience a plus!)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Familiarity with PointClickCare (PCC) is highly preferred
• Experience supervising CNA teams is a big plus
