Roseville Care Center is looking for an energetic, compassionate, and engaging Activity Assistant to help create meaningful experiences for our residents.

What You'll Do

• Lead and assist with fun group and one-on-one activities
• Build meaningful relationships with residents
• Encourage participation in games, crafts, music, exercise, and social events
• Help organize resident outings and special events
• Assist with monthly activity calendars and attendance tracking
• Support residents' emotional, mental, and social well-being
• Create a warm, welcoming, and positive environment

What We're Looking For

• Friendly, outgoing, and compassionate personality
• Someone who enjoys working with seniors and making connections
• Creative, dependable, and team-oriented
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to motivate and encourage resident participation
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Long-term care or senior care experience preferred, but not required

Physical Requirements

This role requires frequent standing, walking, pushing/pulling, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Candidates should be comfortable being active throughout the day.
