What You'll Do- Lead and assist with fun group and one-on-one activities
- Build meaningful relationships with residents
- Encourage participation in games, crafts, music, exercise, and social events
- Help organize resident outings and special events
- Assist with monthly activity calendars and attendance tracking
- Support residents' emotional, mental, and social well-being
- Create a warm, welcoming, and positive environment
What We're Looking For- Friendly, outgoing, and compassionate personality
- Someone who enjoys working with seniors and making connections
- Creative, dependable, and team-oriented
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to motivate and encourage resident participation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Long-term care or senior care experience preferred, but not required

Physical RequirementsThis role requires frequent standing, walking, pushing/pulling, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Candidates should be comfortable being active throughout the day.
