Position Details:

💰 Salary: $80, 000 - $100, 000 per year (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and oversee staff education and training programs
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations for staff training
  • Provide ongoing education in infection control, safety, and best nursing practices
  • Support new hires with orientation and onboarding programs
  • Monitor and maintain employee training records and certifications
  • Work closely with nursing leadership to enhance quality of care and professional development

What We're Looking For:
  • Active California LVN or RN license required
  • DSD Certification required
  • Experience in staff development, training, or education within a skilled nursing facility preferred
  • Strong knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Passion for mentoring and developing healthcare professionals
