Position Details:

📅 Schedule: Thursday, Friday, and Saturday
⏰ Hours: 8: 30 AM - 5: 00 PM (PST)
💰 Pay: Starting at $18 - $21 per hour, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and leading recreational and social activities for residents
• Encourage participation and engagement to enhance residents' well-being
• Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere for residents and their families
• Help set up and organize activity materials and spaces
• Maintain accurate records of resident participation and program success

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in activities coordination, recreation, or a related field (preferred)
• Enthusiasm, creativity, and a passion for working with seniors
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
