Treatment Nurse (LVN) - Full-Time
Riverwalk Post Acute
Pay: $32-$36 per hour, depending on experience

Riverwalk Post Acute is looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Treatment Nurse (LVN) to join our nursing team. If you take pride in providing excellent wound care, supporting positive clinical outcomes, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of your residents, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

• Perform and document wound assessments and treatments
• Provide wound care and skin treatments according to physician orders and facility protocols
• Monitor residents for changes in skin condition and wound progression
• Work closely with nursing leadership and the interdisciplinary team
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
• Support preventative skin care and pressure injury prevention
• Educate residents, families, and team members regarding treatment plans as appropriate
• Assist with maintaining compliance with applicable clinical and regulatory standards

What We're Looking For

• Current California LVN license in good standing
• Previous skilled nursing, post-acute, wound care, or treatment nurse experience preferred
• Strong assessment, documentation, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork
• Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care
