Director of Staff Development (DSD) to lead education, training, and professional growth across our clinical team. This is a high‑impact leadership role for a nurse educator who is driven to elevate care standards, support staff success, and help shape a culture of clinical excellence.
Compensation$82, 000+ annually, DOE

Key Responsibilities- Oversee all clinical education and staff development programs
- Plan, implement, and evaluate orientation, in‑service training, and annual competencies
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulatory requirements
- Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for nursing staff
- Identify learning needs and implement targeted education to improve outcomes
- Track and maintain all required training and competency documentation
- Collaborate closely with leadership to support survey readiness and quality initiatives
Qualifications- Active California LVN license in good standing
- Previous experience as a DSD or in staff education within a skilled nursing or post‑acute setting
- Strong knowledge of CMS, CDPH, and Title 22 regulations
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Passion for education, mentorship, and continuous improvement
