What You'll Do:
  • Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing routine assessments.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care and optimal outcomes for residents.
  • Educate residents and their families on health-related topics and provide emotional support as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care and progress.

What We're Looking For:
  • Current California RN license in good standing.
  • Previous experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong clinical skills and the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
