Are you a skilled and compassionate nurse with a passion for respiratory care? Ridgeway Post Acute is seeking a dedicated Respiratory Nurse to join our clinical team and help provide exceptional care to our residents with pulmonary needs.

What You'll Do:

• Deliver respiratory-focused nursing care and interventions
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and care teams to optimize treatment plans
• Monitor and manage respiratory equipment, oxygen therapy, and medications
• Educate staff and families on best practices in respiratory care
• Help improve resident outcomes and overall quality of life

What We're Looking For:

• LVN or RN license in California
• Experience with trach care, oxygen therapy, and respiratory disease management preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Compassionate, detail-oriented, and resident-focused
