Ridgeway Post Acute is looking for a passionate and inspiring Director of Staff Development (DSD) to join our leadership team. If you're a natural motivator who leads by example and thrives on building strong, supportive teams—we want to meet you!

What We're Looking For:
We're seeking a team leader who can set the tone for a positive, resident-centered culture. Someone who's excited about coaching and mentoring staff, ensuring compliance with state and federal training requirements, and fostering ongoing professional growth in others.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and provide mandatory staff education and training
• Support onboarding and orientation of new hires
• Lead quality improvement initiatives related to staff development
• Promote teamwork, professionalism, and a positive work environment
• Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs

Qualifications:

• Active California LVN or RN license
• DSD Certification required (or willing to obtain upon hire)
• Minimum 1 year of DSD or staff development experience preferred
• Skilled at motivating teams and creating a supportive learning environment
