Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, grooming, mobility, and dressing
• Provide compassionate, person-centered care
• Take and record vital signs accurately
• Help maintain a clean, safe environment
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary staff to ensure excellent resident care
