Redwood Cove Healthcare Center in Ukiah is seeking dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to join our compassionate and skilled team. We have AM shift opportunity available from 6: 30am-3pm set schedule of Tuesday-Saturday and are offering a $2, 000 sign-on bonus for new hires.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and document residents' health status, reporting any changes to the healthcare team
• Assist in developing and implementing care plans to ensure optimal resident outcomes
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations as well as facility policies
• Supervise CNAs and other support staff to maintain quality resident care
