AM Shift: 6: 30 AM - 3: 00 PM

What You'll Do

• Provide skilled nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing / post-acute setting
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the care team
• Document care accurately in the medical record
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and interdisciplinary staff

What We're Looking For

• Active California LVN license
• Skilled nursing, rehab, or post-acute experience preferred
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Compassionate and dependable
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
