Rancho Bellagio Post Acute is seeking a Per Diem Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our dedicated therapy team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, compassionate clinician who is passionate about helping residents achieve their highest level of independence.

Position Responsibilities

• Assist residents with therapy programs as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist
• Support residents in achieving functional and mobility goals
• Collaborate with therapists, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members
• Accurately document treatment sessions and resident progress
• Provide encouragement, education, and compassionate care during therapy sessions

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Range: $34-$40 per hour, DOE
• Flexible per diem scheduling

Qualifications

• Current, active, and unencumbered California Physical Therapy Assistant license
• Associate's degree from an accredited PTA program
• Long-term care or rehabilitation experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
