Rancho Bellagio Post-Acute in Moreno Valley, California is seeking a dedicated
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our skilled nursing care team.
This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working alongside a supportive interdisciplinary team committed to compassionate, high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities: - Support residents in improving functional independence through individualized therapy plans
- Collaborate closely with the Occupational Therapist to implement effective and engaging treatment strategies
- Encourage participation in therapeutic activities that promote physical, emotional, and cognitive well-being
- Accurately document treatment sessions and resident progress in accordance with regulatory standards
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team
Qualifications: - Active and valid California COTA license
- Passion for working with seniors in a skilled nursing or post-acute care setting
- Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt therapy approaches to meet individual resident needs
- SNF or geriatric experience preferred, but not required
