Leidos QTC Health Services is seeking a Medical Case Administrator Sr (MCA) on our Disability and Occupational Health team. Under general supervision, this role is responsible for contacting examinees and providers to coordinate clinical appointments to complete diagnostic testing and follow up with providers to finalize clinical documentation. As an MCA, you will receive and respond to inbound client calls and e-mails, ensuring exceptional customer service with every interaction in alignment with the department's operational workflows and business systems.

Experience within healthcare and/or government contracts
Ability to effectively manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, and superior follow through skills
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrate strong customer service skills
Knowledge and understanding of medical terminology
Knowledge of Windows Operating System, Microsoft Office applications, Outlook, Excel, Word
Detail-oriented and possesses the ability to effectively plan, prioritize, and organize their work
Must be self-motivated, and possess exceptional interpersonal skills
Demonstrate the ability to effectively exercise critical thinking skills
