Salary Range: $75-$192.50 per hour
SUMMARY
Primary function: Serve as the Project Coordinator and Manager for the CalAIMS project, overseeing day‑to‑day project execution, ensuring timely delivery of milestones, and maintaining alignment among stakeholders to achieve DOJ compliance and operational efficiency.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Project planning and scheduling: Develop and maintain CalAIMS project plans, timelines, and work breakdown structures; track milestones and adjust schedules to meet deadlines.
Coordination and stakeholder management: Serve as the central point of contact for internal teams, external partners, and vendors; facilitate meetings, distribute agendas and minutes, and ensure clear, timely communication.
Budget and financial oversight: Monitor project budgets and expenditures, reconcile costs against forecasts, and coordinate with finance to ensure budget neutrality and accurate reporting.
Reporting and compliance: Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual statistical and financial reports within established timeframes; ensure all project activities meet DOJ and other regulatory requirements.
Risk and issue management: Identify, document, and escalate risks and issues; develop mitigation plans and track resolution progress.
Quality assurance and documentation: Maintain CalAIMS project documentation, deliverable logs, and audit-ready records; conduct periodic reviews to ensure deliverable quality and completeness.
Recommendations and analysis: Analyze CalAIMS project and financial data to identify trends, inform decision making, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
