Job Opening: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

• Shifts Available: NOC
• Pay Range: $22 - $25 per hour (DOE)

General Purpose

Provide routine daily nursing care and services to assigned residents in accordance with each resident's care plan and supervisory direction.

Essential Duties

• Correctly identify residents (wristbands or photo cards) before treatments, meals, etc.
• Promptly report changes in condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Document care on flow sheets, notes, and charts accurately and descriptively.
• Report all accidents or incidents immediately.
• Safeguard residents' confidential health information; report suspected breaches.
• Perform only those nursing procedures for which you are trained and authorized.
• Prepare rooms for new residents (bed made, name tags up, admission kit ready).
• Greet and escort residents, introduce them to roommates/staff, and ensure comfort.
• Inventory personal possessions and assist residents with packing when transferring or discharging.

Required License / Certification

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
