Your Clinical Impact

• Direct Care Excellence: Provide routine daily nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans and supervisory direction.
• Observation & Reporting: Act as the "eyes and ears" of the clinical team, promptly reporting any changes in resident condition to the Nurse Supervisor or Charge Nurse.
• Accurate Documentation: Maintain descriptive and accurate records on flow sheets, charts, and notes to ensure continuity of care.
• Resident Advocacy: Safely identify residents before treatments or meals and immediately report any accidents or incidents.
• Hospitality & Comfort: Prepare rooms for new admissions, greet and escort residents, and assist with personal inventory during transfers or discharges to ensure a seamless experience.
• Professional Integrity: Safeguard confidential health information (PHI) and perform nursing procedures only within your scope of training and authorization.

Qualifications

• A current and valid California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification.
