Pine Creek Care Center is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our leadership team! What You'll Do:
  • Partner with the Director of Nursing (DON) to oversee daily nursing operations and ensure top-quality care for our residents.
  • Assist in recruiting, training, and mentoring nursing staff to build a cohesive and motivated team.
  • Help develop and implement nursing policies, systems, and procedures to maintain compliance and promote high standards of care.
  • Conduct rounds, monitor resident conditions, and ensure residents are treated with dignity and respect.
  • Act as a liaison between residents, families, and physicians to maintain open communication and trust.
  • Support staff performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and professional development.
  • Participate in meetings, in-service training, and ongoing quality improvement initiatives.
  • Step in for the DON or charge nurses when needed to provide leadership and clinical support.
  • Stay current on regulatory updates and ensure compliance with state and federal standards.


Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred.
  • Current CA RN license in good standing.
  • 3-5 years of nurse management experience, preferably in long-term care.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; PCC experience a plus.
