The Part-Time Sales Associate is responsible for delivering an exceptional, personalized shopping experience to every customer who walks through our doors. As a brand ambassador for Kindthread, you bring energy, empathy, and product expertise to the sales floor - helping make hard days easier for the caregivers we serve.

Reporting to the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, and Sales Lead, this role plays an essential part in driving sales, maintaining visual standards, and creating a welcoming, inclusive store environment.

What You'll Do:

• Deliver an outstanding and personalized customer experience, ensuring every caregiver feels welcomed, heard, and supported
• Drive individual sales by confidently recommending products, outfitting customers, and building strong product knowledge
• Support store sales goals by contributing to team performance and KPI achievement
• Maintain strong product knowledge across fabrics, fits, features, and brand offerings
• Assist with merchandising, restocking, and maintaining visual presentation standards
• Support inventory organization and shipment processing
• Execute cash handling procedures accurately and efficiently
• Uphold safety, cleanliness, and company standards at all times
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive team culture rooted in accountability and collaboration

Wh o You Are:

• 0-2+ years of retail or customer service experience preferred
• Passionate about delivering meaningful customer connections
• Energized by a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong communicator with a friendly, approachable presence
• Reliable, accountable, and eager to learn
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and assisting with light operational tasks
• Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Compensation

$20.00-23.00 per hour. Kindthread encourages applications from candidates at all levels. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
