The Opportunity: - Position: PRN (As-Needed)
- Rate: $70.00 per hour
- Location: Peninsula Post Acute

Your Impact & Responsibilities: - Diagnosis & Treatment: Evaluate and treat adults with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders (dysphagia).
- Personalized Care: Develop individualized treatment plans and document progress using our integrated EMR system.
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with our nursing and therapy teams to maximize patient functional outcomes.
- Advocacy & Education: Educate patients, families, and staff on therapeutic techniques and recovery goals.
- Program Development: Contribute to clinical innovation and quality-improvement initiatives within the department.
What You'll Bring: - Education: Master's degree (or higher) in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Licensure: Current California SLP License (CCC-SLP preferred; strong CFYs are encouraged to apply).
- Skillset: Excellent organizational skills and a passion for evidence-based practice.
