Your Impact & Responsibilities:

  • Diagnosis & Treatment: Evaluate and treat adults with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders (dysphagia).
  • Personalized Care: Develop individualized treatment plans and document progress using our integrated EMR system.
  • Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with our nursing and therapy teams to maximize patient functional outcomes.
  • Advocacy & Education: Educate patients, families, and staff on therapeutic techniques and recovery goals.
  • Program Development: Contribute to clinical innovation and quality-improvement initiatives within the department.


What You'll Bring:

  • Education: Master's degree (or higher) in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Licensure: Current California SLP License (CCC-SLP preferred; strong CFYs are encouraged to apply).
  • Skillset: Excellent organizational skills and a passion for evidence-based practice.
