The Opportunity:

  • Position: Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Location: Peninsula Post-Acute — Burlingame, CA
  • Rate: $48.00 per hour
  • Shift: Full-Time, AM Shift (Morning)

Your Impact & Responsibilities:

  • Clinical Oversight: Lead the nursing care for a designated group of residents, ensuring all medical treatments and medications are administered accurately.
  • Acute Assessment: Perform high-level clinical assessments, identifying changes in condition and coordinating immediately with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
  • Care Coordination: Manage the admission and discharge process for short-term rehab patients, ensuring seamless transitions of care.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise LVNs and CNAs, providing clinical guidance and ensuring facility protocols are followed.
  • Documentation: Maintain precise, real-time electronic medical records in compliance with state and federal regulations.


Qualifications:

  • Licensure: Must possess a current, valid California Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Certification: Current BLS/CPR certification.
  • Experience: Previous experience in post-acute, SNF, or acute care is preferred.
  • Skills: Exceptional critical thinking, ability to multitask in a high-volume setting, and strong verbal/written English communication.
