Registered Nurse (RN) to join our elite nursing team. We are a high-acuity, short-term rehabilitation facility where your clinical expertise directly impacts the recovery and lives of our residents.
The Opportunity: - Position: Registered Nurse (RN)
- Location: Peninsula Post-Acute — Burlingame, CA
- Rate: $48.00 per hour
- Shift: Full-Time, AM Shift (Morning)

Your Impact & Responsibilities: - Clinical Oversight: Lead the nursing care for a designated group of residents, ensuring all medical treatments and medications are administered accurately.
- Acute Assessment: Perform high-level clinical assessments, identifying changes in condition and coordinating immediately with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
- Care Coordination: Manage the admission and discharge process for short-term rehab patients, ensuring seamless transitions of care.
- Team Leadership: Supervise LVNs and CNAs, providing clinical guidance and ensuring facility protocols are followed.
- Documentation: Maintain precise, real-time electronic medical records in compliance with state and federal regulations.
Qualifications: - Licensure: Must possess a current, valid California Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Certification: Current BLS/CPR certification.
- Experience: Previous experience in post-acute, SNF, or acute care is preferred.
- Skills: Exceptional critical thinking, ability to multitask in a high-volume setting, and strong verbal/written English communication.
