We are currently seeking a passionate and motivated
Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic
in-house therapy team.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective treatment plans in coordination with referring physicians
- Provide direct therapy services following the approved plan of care
- Train and support Restorative Aides within the nursing department
- Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTAs) in patient care and documentation per state practice guidelines
- Collaborate with supervisors and interdisciplinary team members to monitor progress and adjust treatment as needed
- Participate in care conferences, utilization reviews, and rehabilitation meetings as required
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation including evaluations, daily notes, progress reports, and recertifications per regulatory standards
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on home programs and discharge planning to promote continued independence
- Recommend and coordinate the use of durable medical equipment (DME) to support safe mobility and function (e.g., braces, walkers, grab bars)
- Report equipment issues promptly to ensure a safe and functional work environment
Qualifications- Valid Occupational Therapist License (State of California)
