We are currently seeking a passionate and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic in-house therapy team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans in coordination with referring physicians
  • Provide direct therapy services following the approved plan of care
  • Train and support Restorative Aides within the nursing department
  • Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTAs) in patient care and documentation per state practice guidelines
  • Collaborate with supervisors and interdisciplinary team members to monitor progress and adjust treatment as needed
  • Participate in care conferences, utilization reviews, and rehabilitation meetings as required
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation including evaluations, daily notes, progress reports, and recertifications per regulatory standards
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on home programs and discharge planning to promote continued independence
  • Recommend and coordinate the use of durable medical equipment (DME) to support safe mobility and function (e.g., braces, walkers, grab bars)
  • Report equipment issues promptly to ensure a safe and functional work environment


Qualifications
  • Valid Occupational Therapist License (State of California)
