Physical Therapist (PT) to join our premier rehabilitation team. As a center of clinical excellence, we provide advanced sub-acute and restorative care to the Monterey County community.
The Opportunity: - Position: Physical Therapist (PT)
- Location: Salinas, CA (Beautiful Monterey County, 30 mins from the coast)
- Compensation: $ 58.00 -$ 70.00+ per hour (DOE)
- Incentives: Quarterly Performance-Based Bonuses

Your Impact & Responsibilities: - Comprehensive Evaluations: Perform detailed initial assessments, identifying functional limitations and developing goal-oriented treatment plans for sub-acute residents.
- Skilled Intervention: Implement evidence-based treatments focusing on gait training, therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and neuromuscular re-education.
- Continuum of Care: Manage the critical transition from inpatient recovery to home, ensuring residents have the mobility and confidence to return to their communities.
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with a world-class team of Nurses, OTs, SLPs, and Physicians to coordinate holistic, resident-centered care.
- Clinical Documentation: Maintain precise, compliant documentation in accordance with California state regulations and facility standards.
