  • Location: Salinas, CA (Just 30 minutes from the stunning Monterey Bay)
  • Compensation: $ 58.00-$ 70.00 per hour (DOE)
  • Bonuses: Quarterly Performance-Based Bonuses

  • Comprehensive Evaluations: Assess residents' functional independence, cognitive status, and upper extremity function to create goal-oriented care plans.
  • Functional Mastery: Utilize our specialized ADL kitchen and bath facilities to provide realistic, life-changing functional training.
  • Holistic Collaboration: Work alongside a diverse interdisciplinary team of therapists and nurses to coordinate total patient recovery.
  • Clinical Excellence: Maintain precise documentation and participate in clinical meetings to elevate the standard of care in Salinas.
