The Opportunity: - Position: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
- Location: Salinas, CA (Beautiful Monterey County)
- Compensation: $ 48.00-$ 55.00 per hour (DOE)
- Incentives: Quarterly Performance-Based Bonuses

Your Impact & Responsibilities: - Functional Rehabilitation: Execute individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed OT, focusing on Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and functional mobility.
- Therapeutic Intervention: Provide skilled treatments using adaptive equipment and specialized techniques to help residents reach their maximum potential.
- Progress Tracking: Closely monitor resident performance and provide accurate, timely documentation to the supervising OT and interdisciplinary team.
- Collaborative Care: Work alongside Physical and Speech Therapists to deliver a holistic, coordinated approach to patient recovery.
- Education & Advocacy: Instruct residents, families, and nursing staff on maintenance programs and safety techniques to ensure a successful discharge.

Qualifications: - Education: Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
