Location: Orchard Post Acute - Fresno, CA
Pay Range: $28-$29/hour BOE

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct bedside care, medication administration, and treatments as per scope of practice
• Implement and monitor individualized care plans
• Accurately monitor, record, and communicate resident conditions
• Follow and carry out physician and nursing orders
• Communicate professionally with residents, families, staff, and outside agencies
• Support team goals and foster a collaborative care environment
• Maintain compliance with all facility policies and state/federal regulations

Qualifications:

• Valid California LVN license (Required)
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to work well within a team and adapt to changing resident needs
• Understanding of long-term care regulations preferred
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen

Schedule:

• Part-Time
• All Shifts Available

Work Location:

• On-site at Orchard Post Acute, Fresno, CA
• No remote work
