Location: Orchard Post Acute, Fresno, CA
Employment Type: Part-Time
Shifts Available: AM / PM / NOC
Schedule: 4-on, 2-off rotation

Job Summary

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Orchard Post Acute, you will provide hands-on care and assistance to residents in alignment with their individualized care plans. Your role is essential in promoting the dignity, health, and well-being of our residents while working collaboratively with the nursing team.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily nursing care and personal assistance to assigned residents as directed by supervisors and in accordance with care plans.
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
  • Observe and report any changes in resident condition to the Charge Nurse or Nurse Supervisor promptly.
  • Report any incidents or accidents immediately during your shift.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all resident care information, including protected health information (PHI).
  • Support a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents.
  • Uphold all HIPAA and facility policies regarding resident privacy and care.
Qualifications
  • Valid California CNA license required
  • Must be able to work a 4-on, 2-off rotation
  • Must pass pre-employment background check and physical exam
  • Strong communication skills and a compassionate, resident-first attitude
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
