Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • General repair duties .


  • Interpret blueprints, specifications, diagrams and schematics .


  • Safety forward thinking. Wear all PPE at all times in designated areas .


  • Accountable for the productivity . Productivity numbers will be determined by themanager in partnership with the lead based off time studies. Right the first time... we go faster bygoing slower .


  • Responsible for the quality of work produced by himself/herself .


  • Expected to role model behaviors according to the employee handbook .


  • Report any safety ideas/issues/violations to lead or Service Center Manager immediately .


  • Offload/load trailers .


  • Maintain clean and debris free work environment .


  • Other duties as assigned.


  • Participate in facility trainings, continuous improvement plans .
