What You’ll Get to Do

The Maintenance Supervisor is focused on is responsible for overseeing the maintenance team and ensuring all production equipment and systems operate efficiently and safely. This role involves planning and coordinating maintenance activities, troubleshooting equipment issues, and implementing preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and support production goals. This role reports to the Maintenance Manager.

This role is perfect for an individual who possesses a blend of leadership ability, technical knowledge and problem-solving skills. A vital member of the Maintenance department this is an opportunity to build a career with an industry leader.

Job responsibilities include:

• Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians across multiple shifts.
• Schedule and oversee preventive corrective maintenance on production equipment, machinery, and facility systems.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues and coordinate timely repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Train and mentor maintenance staff to enhance technical skills and safety awareness.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, logs, and reports.

What We Are Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required, technical certification or associate degree in industrial maintenance, engineering, or related field preferred.

• 5+ years’ experience in equipment and facilities maintenance in a manufacturing environment
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Understanding of CNC machinery
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite or other computer software
• Familiar with industry standard safety protocols
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or on-call as needed.
• Able to work at heights above 50+ feet.

Salary: $81, 000 - $101, 000
