Essential Duties:

• Deliver treatment as directed by the Occupational Therapist in accordance with care plans
• Accurately document daily treatment notes and weekly progress notes
• Assist in training Restorative Aides as needed
• Communicate with the healthcare team about patient progress and goals
• Participate in in-service training and contribute to discharge planning
• Provide caregiver training and maintenance programs for continuity of care
• Maintain a clean and safe therapy environment and report equipment issues

Qualifications:

• Licensed as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in the State of California
• Proficient in EMR systems such as Casamba and PointClickCare
• Meets all continuing education requirements and maintains licensure in good standing
