Position Summary

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents in accordance with their individualized care plans. You'll play a vital role in maintaining residents' comfort, dignity, safety, and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities (Summary):
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
  • Monitor and report changes in resident conditions to nursing staff
  • Accurately document care, vitals, and observations
  • Support meal service, hydration, and after-meal care
  • Ensure resident rooms are clean, safe, and welcoming
  • Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs
  • Assist with transfers, repositioning, and transportation
  • Maintain resident confidentiality and follow all safety and infection control policies
  • Promote a calm, respectful, and compassionate care environment

Qualifications:
  • Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license and in good standing in the State of CA
  • CPR preferred
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
  • Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused attitude
