Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and mobility
  • Provide compassionate and high-quality care under nursing staff supervision
  • Ensure resident safety, comfort, and dignity at all times
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
  • Maintain accurate records and follow facility policies and procedures
