What You'll Do
- Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes appropriately
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and other members of the interdisciplinary team
- Support residents and families throughout their care journey
- Help maintain a safe, comfortable, and positive environment for our residents
- Current California LVN license
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong communication and clinical skills
- Dependable, organized, and team-oriented
- Compassionate approach to resident care
- Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred
