Essential Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout resident rooms, common areas, offices, and facility grounds
• Follow established cleaning and infection control procedures
• Help promote a safe, healthy, and comfortable environment for residents, visitors, and staff
• Replenish housekeeping supplies as needed
• Properly handle cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the highest standard of facility appearance and cleanliness

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred; healthcare or skilled nursing experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and a positive attitude
• Commitment to providing excellent service and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment
