Located in Cherry Valley, California, Oak Glen Post Acute provides 24-hour skilled nursing and short-term rehabilitation services throughout Riverside County. - Lead, develop, and implement engaging educational programs for nursing staff
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal training requirements
- Coordinate orientation, onboarding, and ongoing education for clinical team members
- Promote a culture of excellence, accountability, and compassion
- Support quality improvement initiatives through staff development and training
- Active LVN or RN license in the state of California
- Director of Staff Development (DSD) certification required
- Previous experience in staff development or clinical education in a healthcare setting
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Passion for mentorship and professional growth
