Pay: $60-$70/hr | Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN

North Pointe Care Center is seeking passionate and skilled Physical Therapists (PTs) to join our dedicated rehabilitation team. Whether you're a new graduate looking for mentorship or an experienced PT ready to make an impact, we have opportunities for you.

What You'll Do
  • Provide individualized physical therapy services to residents
  • Develop treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and independence
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure holistic care
  • Document resident progress in compliance with state and federal guidelines
  • Educate residents and families on safe mobility and home programs

Qualifications
  • Current California Physical Therapist (PT) license required
  • Strong clinical skills and passion for patient-centered care
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • SNF or post-acute experience preferred, but not required (mentorship available)
